When Faced With a Decision...

When you’re faced with a decision, you’re not actually choosing between two paths—you’re choosing whether to trust the whisper within or the noise around you.
You already know. But that knowing often doesn’t shout. It doesn’t argue. It simply waits for you to stop asking the outside world what your inner truth has already answered.
So pause.
Not to figure it out, but to feel what feels expansive; not safe, not logical, not easy;
but Expansive.
The option that makes your chest rise even when it scares you… that’s life trying to move through you. And remember this: indecision is not the absence of a decision. It’s choosing to stay still while pretending you don’t already know.
You don’t need certainty. You need honesty with yourself.
You don’t need to predict the outcome. You just need to move in the direction where you stopped holding your breath.
Whatever you do, don’t betray the small knowing in you just to please the louder voices outside you. The soul doesn’t beg for proof. It speaks in peace. So follow what quiets the war inside you.
That’s the way home.
